Vetoed is an ugly word. I prefer not to use it. The league has rejected that contract, because of course we have. It would be an insult to every other team that had to actually pay it's star players and the proper process was not followed by the agent while signing it, and I received a LOT of negative feedback yesterday about what was going on, and rightfully so. However, it is not a problem with the offer sheet process, it is a problem with the agent process. The Whitecloud offer sheet was my mistake because I made a simple error while posting in a hurry and forgot the tag. I still maintain the belief that tagged or not, teams should be paying attention especially if they have quality RFAs exposed to offer sheets late into the summer. Also, I will note that while he did sign for less than he asked as you noted, it was also more than you were offering before you went quiet for a long stretch. But I digress. Other than that, it's been fine. I will be making some adjustments to ensure the process runs smoother. If people have suggestions they can text, PM or message me on Discord, but otherwise it doesn't need to be argued about in the thread any further.
