    Christ, hands hurting from typing up a 5 page e-mail in 45 mins blasting Staples corporate for logistical and CS incompetence

      I did a lot of business with Staples in the past. They are beyond incompetent. Approximately half of our orders were given to us free because of various screw-ups on their end. It cost them thousands of dollars in free product and contributed to more than a few grey hairs for me. Needless to say, I no longer deal with them
