    Shipping out Eriksson plus Boeser is our only way of making this deal happen. We even gain some cap space by doing this. It became quite clear to me that Boeser is just not going to be a vital piece moving forward. He is the sniper, but yet shot it right into Lehner’s glove in a game 7 with half an open net. let’s move on from his contract rather than letting the problematic raise clause kicks in by the end of his bridge deal. We all know we won’t give him that 7.5 million plus already when we have Petey and Hughes on league max contracts. Let’s just move on from him ASAP. 
     

    As much as I am excited for Hoglander, it would appear that Podkolzin is a tier above him. Without a young quality prospect as an incentive, the deal wont go through. I am fine with giving away Hoglander to offload Loui immediately.

    “I had no idea he was the GM – I signed him up for Sushi Anonymous! I didn’t even know who he was. You’re supposed to know this as a mom! I don’t know who these guys are.”
