Then how would you describe the last decade?

It’s been close to a year since new management took over. We are in worse shape than before. I don’t understand what direction management is going in. The empty seats at Rogers Arena is a sign of things to come. It’s the only way to show the owner that the last decade of this franchise’s direction is unacceptable. So many franchises have moved well past us since 2011. Nothing post Gillis era makes any sense.
