  1. He has the speed, the passing and the smarts.

Does he have the puck handling?

His shot is impressing me, but still not what I consider a big shot.

His wrist shot is decently hard and accurate. Doesn't matter if it isn't a huge shot if he can get it on net on the PP.

  2. PVR'd the game and just watched it. The entire Otters team looked like they were playing nervous. Too hesitant to make a play and very scrambly.

Gaunce especially looked terrible. Wasn't moving his feet to get into passing/shooting lanes and was knocked off the puck easily.

  3. That's kinda why i've been talking him up to you guys all year. His stats are solid, but they don't do him justice. He's got a great forechecking game and most importantly, he finishes the play. There was a play in particular last night that stood out. He drove the puck behind the net with a defender on each side, and managed to maintain possession, and set up a blind back hand pass out front to Anderson who was robbed point blank. Perfect play. Anderson is ideal on a line with him

Didn't Columbus draft Anderson with the pick we sent them in the Pahlson trade? :sadno:

  4. I really want Linden to push for MDC. Trade up if we have to, he's defintely worth it.

    Buffalo: Reinhart

    Edmonton: Draisiatl/Ekblad

    Florida: Bennett

    NYI: Draisiatl/Ekblad

    Calgary: Ritchie (do it Burke)

    Carolina: Ehlers

    Vancouver: MDC

Please hockey gods. We have suffered.

It would have to be a miracle for Dal Colle to fall to 7th. There is just way too much skill and upside with him to go outside the top 5, even though it is a miracle I would love to see happen :towel:

  5. agreed, don't want him at all

    much rather have Ladd

I would love to see Benning/Botterill/Briesbois or whoever our GM is gonna be pry Scott Kosmachuk from the Jets. 2nd round pick who absolutely lit up the OHL this year.

EDIT: He was a 3rd rounder, which makes it all the more impressive. The Jets have been drafting excellently since they moved to Winnipeg.
