There were 22 players on that team. Only 16 made a statement. The ones who didn't:
Alex Formenton
Jake Bean
Tyler Steenbergen
Kale Clague
Colton Point
Carter Hart
Clague did make a statement. He said he wasn’t at the event or in the city at the time.

Can one way contracts be sent to the minors and only count 1.1 on the cap? I thought I read here that a one way contract counts on the cap?
I feel like you’ve been posting on this forum for too long not to understand how NHL contracts work.

One problem the Canucks have is that they already have 46 contracts out of a maximum of 50. That does not include Hoglander but, as he is qualified, that is guaranteed 47th contract. Also, Josh Bloom needs a contract and Joni Jurmo would like one (although he probably stays in Europe without an NHL contract for another year).
Also, a team absolutely needs to go into the season with at least a couple of open contract spots in case of emergencies or just to allow for a possible trade. So i think the effective maximum number of contracts for the summer is 48 and the Canucks will be there if they sign Bloom (as I think they should).
The Canucks have very little flexibility on the contract front right now. Is signing Zadina an "emergency"? I don't think so.
Am I on crazy pills or am I misremembering that Bloom signed his ELC in Buffalo?- 1

Thanks @mll
I was curious if teams could buy out a different player than the one who filed.
For example, if Höglander filed for arbitration, could we buyout Beauvillier?
I believe so, yes.

So your answer is no you don't think restrictions help, and something Florida.
Gutting the economy and taking away freedoms isn't worth something we're not sure even works.

You don't think some of the past restrictions have reduced the impact?
I think if precautions weren't implemented we would have seen far more issues.
It sucks that it isn't over. Sometimes in a fight your opponent is tough, shifty and keeps coming. It's not a great strategy to decide to stop doing things that experts would suggest. Like... keep your guard up, use your jab to set up your cross, tuck your chin, step to the side not backwards. Don't forget your head movement!
Florida has no restrictions or mandates. The case data is the same there as anywhere else in North America.

Well looks like Dr. Henry's pulling the strings back a little.
I don't have a problem with these new rules, they're pretty reasonable.
- Indoor personal gatherings limited to household members plus 10 guests or one additional household — as long as everyone 12 and over is vaccinated.
- Venues holding more than 1,000 people limited to 50 per cent capacity.
- Organized New Year's Eve events of all sizes must be cancelled, except for seated gatherings.
- Sports tournaments and associated travel are suspended for all ages.
- B.C. vaccine cards required for events of all sizes, including those involving fewer than 50 people.
- Diners at restaurants must remain at their tables and not mix or mingle with other parties.
Edit:

How is this reasonable when none of this has worked yet?

Why do PROP guns have the ability to murder people in their path? What makes them a prop gun and not an actual gun?

Priority is given to teams who will keep him in the NHL. Edmonton only gets him back if they are the only team that puts in a claim and can then send him down.
Question for you. Hypothetically, if the Canucks were to claim Forsberg, and then subsequently place him on waivers as Carolina has, would Carolina then become the only team who could claim him and also place him on the AHL team or taxi squad. Thus, disallowing Edmonton from getting him on their taxi squad? For some reason my thought was that if a team claims someone they could not waive him again within a certain timeframe.

You are the one trying to claim moral high ground here. You think you are entitled to say anything you want without consequence.
If you think shaming other people's bodies are okay, do it to your own kids first. Tell them that they should lose some pounds and see how it destroys their lives.
I have never seen anyone talk **** about a pregnant woman's body. I have never seen my teammates call other teammates total losers.
The difference here was that there was no intend for the people in question to know about this conversation. Body shaming somebody directly to their face in order to shame them personally is totally gross. I feel as though everybody has said some nasty stuff about their coworkers behind their backs. I'm not saying having a group chat in which you bash women's appearances (whom are incredibly beautiful BTW) is a good thing by any means, but if everyone who is condemning this so harshly looked into the mirror and remembered some of the nasty things they have thought or said about others in the past, maybe they wouldn't be judging somebody so harshly. Judge yourself before judging others I believe is the saying. Leipsic's conversations with his buddies isn't my business. However, in today's age, I can't see a way a player like Leipsic remains in the NHL. What happens when this comes out about a star player? How will he be made to pay for his sins.

Everyone here acting like they know what type of player Dumba is. He played 22mins a night last year and Minny fans love him. He’s probably better than what we’re used to.
