      Been in a state for the last couple weeks myself, feeling better again everyday.

      I have made a feelgood reminder. Some forget about that but I want to make sure everyone takes time to take care of themselves.

      I hope you continue to take care of yourself. I know it can be hard at times but it takes times. I am in the same situation although I feel like I am almost out of this funk.

      It hit me so hard. Felt like a couldn’t put 2 thoughts together. Felt weird and out of place most of the day. Didn’t want to do anything to try and feel better. Forced myself to get through daily activities. It hasn’t been easy but I have reached out and am going to get through it. Thanks for the post. Happy you are getting there too!
