Boeser is also a player you need to win a cup. I agree however that Konency type players are really nice.
He's like a Dorsett with skill in every aspect of the game.
like a Dorsett with hands like eberle and skating like duchene

how we treat pedan could be important in smoothing his transition and helping him see utica would be good and he'll get an opportunity once he's adjusted.

At the time that that link was written, Rubbles were 33 - 1USD. RIght now, the Rubble is 76 - 1USD.. see what I'm getting at?
And if your paid USD in North America,.. which your not in the KHL, even more Rubbles when you go home.
Hey, just tryin to find positive reasons for NT to get on a plane
ya he did say he wanted to come over after 2 years so thats this summer

I've been trying to find some kind of information that might offer some insight into what kind of money Tryamkin might be making with his Club, Avtomobolist, in the KHL. .. And have only been able to find this, it's dated back a couple of years, and you'll see the money in the KHL is not what one might think. And to know that presently 1 USD = 76 Russian Rubbles is interesting.
i believe the following chart for KHL Teams is in USD.
http://hockey-blog-in-canada.blogspot.ca/2013/09/serious-money-differences.html
perhaps an entry level contract in the NHL for Tryamkin, Looks better to him than some think.
KHL teams are built on 200-600k contracts, better than AHL, and then the rich teams sign their 1 or 2 big names. not like NHL where the average is 2.5m

The failure to pick the best player available at 23?... Seriously?... While you have your crystal ball out any powerball numbers? We draft one of the highest scoring NCAA rookies and people complain, he makes a 19 year old tournament and plays first line minutes as an 18 year old and you complain, good God CDC. Benning has done a fantastic job with this team, look at the youth in the lineup last night. If you don't like what he's doing then get out.

That's what I was wondering. I don't know of any site that lists KHL contracts.
Maybe he does.
maybe he moonlights on the russian version of TOR, which is identical to US TOR except theres no trading of homosexual services and all illegal transactions are attributed to chechnyans.

Virts gotta learn to shut his mouth and play. There are gonna be soft calls. Do you think they will stop if he pouts about it? It's just embarrassing as a fan.
the fact he can't just own it and move on is a character flaw, not an education problem.

100% he does but people seem to forget he's 19! Most if not all 19 year olds do! People think oh he scored 40 for calgary in the WHL, if he doesn't come in here and score 20 and show he can dominate he's a bust...its just not how it works.
people expect more than 1 goal in 12GP against kids his age or younger.

LOL 19 yrs old and Hockey Canada chose him twice as one of the top 21 players in the country
The disagree with your hatred lol
how is that hatred?
your first statement is false and your second is baseless. 0/2

fast skater, hits at full pace, local boy, shows emotion, hard shot
average at best hands, average NHL height/size despite reputation as a hitter,
poor vision, poor situational awareness, poor on-ice awareness, poor shot accuracy, poor discipline, poor back check, poor offensive playmaking, poor defensive positioning, poor control of emotions, poor line-change timing, poor utilization of skillsets, poor personal accountability

I am not drinking the JB coolaid ,Unless he can get coaching in the AHL for at least 3 years cannot see him making it to the big show in the NHL. Where is his character?
As a matter of fact, your opinions suck.

I don't have faith in Benning as his record is sketchy at best. Seguin he traded away, Drafted Hamilton who divided the dressing room eventualy traded out of boston, traded away Jamie Benn , ya don't forget that. Benn and Seguin the 2 top players in the NHL. lmao.
a 5th. he traded a 5th.
like the 5th he traded to get prust.
wow
oh he drafted the best Dman of the draft to a team beginning a transition. SOUNDS SKETCHY BUD

Hamhuis likely wants some term on his new contract even if he takes a cut. I highly doubt Benning will be willing to do that, nor should he.
miller got three years at max value, can't see why he wouldn't give hammer 2-3 at a cut. were not competing, for now our cap should be spent on leadership and character people who want to play here, while our new core develops and gains responsibility through consistency. hammer is all of that.

I thought it was an offer sheet, my mistake but he tried to get him anyhoo.
it was lol, its just that actually he had the only real chance of signing him and weber knew that, but weber wanted to be locked in for 13 years 'cause the rules were changing and that meant nashville matches. in truth his choice was with van but sign a shorter deal after cba, or lock in an insane contract thanks to holmgren and force nashvilles hand

I agree with most of your post but the part about Gillis kind of irks me. We made it to the 7th game of the cup final with some of his moves. He was also all in in 2012 when he tried to get Shane Doan who just about signed here, was also in on the Weber sweep stakes as a hard player, had an offer sheet ready but couldn't compete with Philly [ Comcast corp.] He also got us Utica a great move on his part. When and if Benning gets us into that 2-3 year window for a cup run he will mortgage some of the future for pieces to bolster the club as well.
thats not what happened. he knew a massive multiyear offer sheet would be matched, which is why he offered a max 1yr all-bonus contract - no way nashville gives up 4 1sts for a year of weber. it was the only way...
... and then along came holmgren... what a beauty...

I kind of think it's from a lack of practicing his shot after shoulder surgery. But shoulder surgery does mess everything up, I've had friends who were really good Pitchers in baseball (probably would have made a div 1 team) but after shoulder surgery they just couldn't generate the same velocity
ya. or the motion changes slightly and now his muscle memory is off. its definitely a matter of shooting as many pucks a day as he can all summer
