I think we are getting a bit too worried about our offence, the bigger issue is the defence and breaking out of the zone, and our PP, especially the 2nd unit. Sutter is lightyears ahead of bonino in terms of talent, this is a huge upgrade and if Sutter is given Bones minutes, he will surely score 25 goals. Bear on the wing should be an upgrade over higgins at least offensively. Our second line should be much improved in terms of creating chances and we actually have some speed there. The playoffs proved that our weak defensive breakouts and slow decision making is what hamstrung us, we actually did pretty well offensively. We had pretty balanced scoring throughout the season I think we should be analyzing stats which show how brutal our breakouts and first pass out of the zone was.
