Great young tough d-man.  

Not sure that he's earned 3 mil/year just yet but good for him.  

This domino is not immediately next to Quinn, but we're kind of looking at a market that's slowly being set for young d-men.  

 

Sergachev (Tampa tax discount) 4.8 mil/year 

Ryan Pulock 5 mil/year 

Nurse 5.6 mil/year 

Rasmus Andersson 4.5 mil/year 

Devon Toews 4.9 mil/year 

 

While Andersson has been a disappointment for Calgary this year, the rest of those d-men are in the top echelon with Nurse even probably getting a few Norris votes. (sidenote: how bad does Jacob Trouba's pre-Covid deal look now?  He's got 5 years left at 8 mil/year) 

 

Anyways I'd always take Lindgren on my team.
