What if Ceres isn't CDC? The only thing that Ceres has done that gives proof of his role claim is also something that can be done by a Mafia teammate. Both AV and I have proof, within the powers of already established & known roles (Sheriff & Doc). AV with the investigation on jazz that was confirmed by Al, and my Doc save of AV which prevented an MK. Ceres is asking us to believe that AV is Mafia with investigative powers, combined with the powers of PZ, and that Ceres is a CDC Doc who can investigate, self save, and create vaccines, and has a partner.

I must say, I don't think I've ever heard of the Mafia self-targeting. Or a CDC doctor with self-saves, immunization for infected players, and unlimited investigations, who also has a partner.

We know from Al that jazz died because the town killed him for being a tp hoarder, and that his death was triggered by an action that occurred in the round. Jazz was not killed by the Maf. AV was saved by me last night, there was no MK. Ergo, the Mafia targeted AV. Ceres seems to be making the claim that the Mafia targeted their own player.

So your suggesting that AV is Maf, with the ability to investigate, AND that the Maf targeted their own teammate for the MK? Has a Mafia player ever been the MK in a game before? Never seen it myself.

It makes total sense if MR, as PZ, had Kingpin-esque ability to come up TP upon investigation. His investigation of jazz turned accurate, and he was the MK target. So the Maf don't believe your claim over AV

The question is, why the Maf wouldn't target Ceres if he is A: able to investigate players, and B: working on a vaccine. Clearly the Maf thought more of AV's claim than they did of Ceres's.

Why? It worked, it DID save AV. Clearly he's not Maf, and he IS the Sheriff.
