Vaeneir Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 Both Raymond and Burrows deserve to be higher up that list. People really underestimate Raymonds ability to dish off the puck. Personal dislike, however irrational, clouds the ability to make an accurate assessment of his play. His ability to make tape-to-tape passes on the fly is top 5 on the team, easily. Problem is he's usually out ahead of everyone due to his foot speed, and by the time they catch up he's been boxed out by the D and has no passing lane left. I think he should say the same thing to Booth. I know both Kesler and Booth like to shoot but come playoffs its not about stats. It is about winning the game. Higgin is great passer in the 2nd line. Ghostdivision Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 The issue with you bringing up samuelson is if we traded samuelson back for booth, people would be saying "at least booth hits, and works hard, samuelson is lazy and wont get the puck unless it comes to him" Each player has there strengths and weaknesses. But, if Henrik wants someone to pass to, this guy makes a lot of sense. He's the guy that passes go to die, and clearly has no chemistry at all with Kesler right now. Booth-Hank-Burr Raymond-Kes-Kass(?) Higgins-Pahlsson-Hansen Malhotra-Lapierre-Weise Of all of the sets of AV line changes we've seen, I guess I don't understand why this one hasn't been tried yet?
