Tortorella's Rant
Bob McKenzie pretty much summed it up. Brown doesn't divert, he doesn't throw a knee out like Getzlaf in the WC or McQuaid on Foligno (youtube them). There is a glaringly obvious difference between those and Browns hit. Brown maintains his position the entire time and doesn't, you know, throw out a leg. I mean, you can call it a knee on knee I suppose, but it wasn't intentional given that he obviously didn't try and take his knee out. But he's not exactly innocent either. He throws a massive elbow at Rozsival if you see the reverse angle of the hit. That should have been a penalty. Lastly, Brown's reaction after the hit as the ref is escorting him away, he's sticking his tongue out like 'yeahhh, I got him!'

Tortorella's Rant
He doesn't throw his knee out, but he makes no attempt to get it out of the way. Accidentally on purpose.
Tokasmoka
This one is a tough call but in the end it was such a stupid play by Rosival to enter the trolley tracks in the first place. No doubt it should of been a penalty but i don't think he(Brown) should get suspended for it.
Burnsey
The hit on Sedin was clean, but this was dirty. It was knee on knee, big intent to injure and late. Every other player on the ice heard the whistle, Brown you need to get your ears checked if you didn't hear it....
