You didn't sign him or qualify him, so he became a UFA.

Yeah you lost him to EDM. You didn't qualify or offer him.

The menus, yeah tell me about it. I'm in 3 leagues and constantly have to switch between them to check trades offers and to check if people are online. Lucky for me I have my computer right beside my TV.

Yes they are.. I guess Trav is approving trades if they are fair

I can't say the Vancouver one is fair, Vancouver has a lot if depth in d. Makes no sense for them to acquire another one. Especially when their needs are a top 6 forward

Almost into October 2nd. When it gets to October 2nd, do you guys think I should give a day to call players up, edit lines, etc? Jersey numbers, captains too.

I think I should give you all time, but I don't know about a full day.

It's October 2nd now.

I'll give you guys time to edit your lines before we start.

Should I wait to start tomorrow night? I think we can all agree that everybody wants to edit their lines before we get the 2nd season going. Is 24 hours too much?

I thought we weren't allowed to trade with CPU teams. Plus, it's unfair to Vancouver because he's active, but just that his PS3 broke. He should have to confirm the trade via PM on here. I doubt he'd want to give up a top 6 forward who was performing well for him this past season. And I remember him continuously saying how he wants to acquire a top 6 RW.

Well, tonight was the last UFA period. 12AM tonight was scheduled as October. I just wasn't 100% if that meant sim until October or sim October. I'll wait until tomorrow night. That sounds the most fair.

We can always flip it back to him. I'll admit it was a little bit of a mistake on my part. I completely forgot that VAN's GM was currently a CPU. I was thinking that Mayray was on the other end of the trade.

I asked you if we're allowed to send trade offers to CPU GMs and you said yes and you'll decide if it's fair.
How about if I changed the 2nd pick to 1st?

Oops, I forgot I had Clutterbuck.

Winnik - Cogliano - Clutterbuck.

And yes, I'm burying Souray in the minors, so I can develop Lindholm and Reilly. I figured, this should be okay, since I'm nowhere near the cap ceiling (7M+ in cap space) and this isn't a loophole to add/sign a player later on. So, can we agree that this isn't a problem?

The Ottawa San Jose trade isn't fair either. It's a bunch of spare parts with a first round pick for their second best D.

No one in that trade will improve to more than 78

I know I said yes to that. It's just that Mayray's PS3 broke which is the only reason why he's not currently the GM. I feel like he should still have input on what his team does.

The trade is fair if it makes sense for Vancouver to do it. IMO it doesn't make sense for van to trade a top 6 forward for another D

I'm disallowing trading with the CPU now.

I should make both trades have to be undone...but it's my mistake. I wish for you both to undo the trades.

Edit: I should never have let them go through in the first place. I didn't think it over a whole lot to be honest. Don't know why I'm off my game tonight. :P
