Zamboni_14
Nope. It just means that it's more likely and it can happen at a sicnificant distance...
Electro Rock
Are you seriously going to debate whether a knife is as deadly as a gun?
Niloc009
I'll gladly take my chances with someone who is untrained, shooting a semi-auto from a "significant distance" than someone who is untrained standing close enough to slash my throat with a knife. Wetcoaster
Mass shooting knife and hammer attack results in seven zero deaths in here Vancouver. And yet another crazy furriner - from France no less. Rallies are being considered to seek the control of knives and hammers and the banning of assault knives and assault hammers as well as limiting immigration from France. Questions are also being asked why anyone needs a powered hammer with a 100 nail magazine capacity with the ability to fire 2 nails per second. NKA (Canada) - our national knife association and the NHA (Canada) our national hammer association are opposed to any knife or hammer control legislation saying that knives or hammers do not kill injure, people wielding knives and hammers kill injure people. Immigration Watch Canada is demanding to know how it is possible Bonneric was allowed to enter Canada when he is obviously a threat to the "peace, order and good government" of Canada. canucks since 77
You kinda missed the point of the post you quoted. Gun at significant distance = potentially deadly Knife at significant distance = not even a threat at the moment Gun within arms length = deadly Knife within arms length = deadly

canucks since 77
Saw that when it first came out, great episode. But significant distance was the key part. Straight from the video: "Here we have demonstrated that at close quarters the knife is a very respectable and to be feared opponent." Close quarters, not at a distance. Niloc009
Exactly how many feet is close distance? Again refer to distances in vid.
