One day some of us will look back on the year and look at the chicago, and most of us will realize that it was a small bump in the road to the cup

The funny thing is, they could kill two birds with one stone. They could win more games by playing certain Canucks prospects over certain useless AHL plugs. This includes starting Cannata more when it's clear Climie is struggling a bit. He rebounded nicely with a shutout yesterday but it still would have been prudent to start Cannata today (or yesterday). Kattelus, Longpre and DiDiomete are also guys that just aren't needed in the lineup. Blomstrand brings a lot more.

FYI, there is a stream up on usagoals right now. Sometimes it disappears at game time, though, so no guarantees.

Eh, at this point let's just ride it out. We'll be done with the Wolves organization soon.

Early PP for the Wolves. Sterling - Schroeder - Sweatt and Hunt - Haydar is the 1st unit on the ice.

Yep, which I don't mind. I can't blame the coach for putting his top center and top 3 wingers on the 1st unit, although I think Jensen would be a better option on the right side than Sweatt. He's proven to be a good PP producer.

Sauve getting a penalty. Again, the commentators don't even say what it's for. Either way, Barons PP coming up. They have the 2nd best PP in the AHL.

Another brownie point for Arniel, I guess. Instead of making Gordon his 1st line center like he usually does, Schroeder is centering Sterling and Haydar. Schroeder was doing fine with Archibald and Sweatt but it's good to see he's getting recognized by the coach. That's what we've all been clamouring for: fair treatment of Canucks prospects.

Nevermind, Schroeder is back with Sweatt and Archibald. Oh well. Like I said, he's doing just fine on that line.

Wolves on the PK again. Despite how disappointing it is that he's in net again, Climie is playing really well.

You can tell the Barons are bringing it after a subpar effort on their part yesterday. Climie has foiled every one of their opportunities though.

Jensen's gotta pick it up. He should be excelling in this league after coming over from the SEL.

I know it's probably an adjustment for him, but he's gotta at least start getting some chances.

Yea probably not. I guess it's hard to judge him on the Wolves, since this team seems to struggle offensively for the most part.

But for a guy that has shot like his, it's discouraging to see him go without a shot game after game.
