Much better to own the juniors and play for Canada at the WJC than playing 7-8min on the fourth line, even 3rd line 12 minutes is not enough. When he's 20 and played half of season or playoff 2014 in the AHL then we could consider bringing him with the Canucks. P.K Subban just signed a 2 years 2.5-3M dollars deal. No way Schroeder is worth 2M. More like 1.25-1.5 at the most. Barker and Vandermeer will try to get a contract where they could actually play.
