Daniel was the worst player on the ice.
Couldn't make a pass to save his life, the cycle wasn't working. He is not a gritty checking player, and his defensive play was not good tonight.
At least guys like kes, bur, Hansen, etc have other intangibles.
Dank needs to turn it up big time.

damn. You've really proven why AV was smarter to keep the Sedins at Offense only. Let them focus on what we need them to do.
They were declining last year too. Different situations to make them more all around players can never be bad. Great players are always learning and trying to be better. I firmly believe it's just an off year, sure they may be declining a bit but I mean, look at ovie before this season for the last couple years. It happens.
Let's hope they figure it out sooner than later.

I'm pretty sure Hamhuis makes Tanev better. Or they compliment themselves. But by no means is Tanev the reason Hamhuis made team Canada lol

The more I think about it, the less I give any of these rumours any thought. Whether it's as credible as McKenzie or in the middle with Lebrun or rock bottom with Ecklund. Waaaay more rumours are thwarted then proved to be true.
Remember 2011, so many Canuck based rumours and then there was also so many saying that they would stand pat cause they were already the class of the league.
Then bam we snag Higgins and lapierre out of nowhere. Go on to be hugely successful pieces for us, too bad there was no cup.
Coho and Kass, also came out of nowhere, nobody saw it coming.
So im gonna expect the unexpected from now on. My bets are O'Reilly, and/ or Cammalleri are never going to be in Canuck colours.
If something happens it will likely be out of left field.

Yes I agree, Danny isn't scoring, can't cycle or make a decent pass right now, he's not a checker like kes/burr/Hansen.. What else is he good for??? He is one dimensional and that dimension is gone.
So sad to see, Daniel is one of the worst players on the team right now, how he won an art Ross just 3 years ago is baffling if you see him now.
Hope he turns it around, or gains some effective intangibles anyway.
