  1. Blues also outshot kings by 9 sbots in game 3, same as they did with chicago If next game is 2-1 hawks...
  2. depending on your pec insertions, overhead press may help you grow/focus on upper chest than incline.
  3. it really depends on the routine and he intensity of the workout. Then theres always genetics that play a role in what works for certain people. At the end of the day there is no concrete answer that fits everyone and its more about playing around with weight and sets to see what you progress the most with. Ive done the whole "detroy and rebuild" thing but ive had better results from less sets on isolation and doing heavy compounds. Ex: i only do 4 sets on bi's after my back routine and have had equal or greater progression in terms of size
  4. Ya im not on any gear. What i do is stick to the 3-5 rep range for the heavy compounds and 10-12 for accessory work. I did bodybuilding style routines for two years but my strength to weight ratio was crap. Also strength training is a lot more enjoyable and rewarding imo.
  5. focusing on strength right now, working sets are in the 3-5 rep range. Still put on a little bit of size tho. 4 flat bench, 4 incline both with barbell
  6. What is your whole routine like and also is your goal bodybuilding, powerlifting, athletic, ect...? I see a lot of people who just do a million sets but they dont realize that more does not mean better. Currently i do chest twice a week with only 8 sets for chest each (i group chest shoulders and tri's) and have been making progress.
  7. damn, how did you tear it? Ive seen one guy tear his bicep while deadlifting while using a mixed grip. He didnt keep the arm that was under straight and it just torn. He let out a girly scream but ill admit it was a scary thing to see.
  8. I think kesler will stay put until the draft at least, maybe next year he will be more valuable because the cap will be even higher and with 5m cap hit with term gillis could get the premium. This is a trade you cannot mess up if your gillis.
  9. possible Not talking about pure muscle mass and obviously abs were not as visible as before but were still seen
  10. i thought you ment just weight not muscle weight
  11. 30 lbs in 5 years is a little low tho lol I gained 35 lbs in my first year and had abs all the way through
  12. 30 lbs in 5 years is a little low tho lol I gained 35 lbs in my first year and had abs all the way through
  13. honestly, any multi will do the job
  14. you cannot target the inner chest. Just do the usualy chest exercises and the gap will fill in once you pit on enough muscle
  15. although 550 is respectable, 3 plates should take like 3 months to get to if you play your cards right.
  16. Official forward lineups Kunitz Crosby Bergeron Marleau Toews Carter Benn Getzlaf Perry Sharp Duchene Nash St. Louis
  17. hitting your shins during deads is common, this is why i always wear pants when deadlifting
  18. rule number one is dont but from GNC, they are the most overpriced supplement store ive seen. Use bodybuilding.com. As for weight gainers, they are not healthy and cost a lot per serving. They are usually filled with sugars or a sugar like substance called maltodextrin which is a little trick companies use. maltodextrin is like a sugar but isnt so they dont count it in the nutrition label section for sugar. Making your own gainer is healthier and cheaper. You can easily get anywhere from 600-1000+ calories in a shake consisting of regular house hold items and protein. Examples: whey protein, peanut butter, oats, bananas, and of course milk among many others.
  19. BCAA's are a waste if money imo Theres ample amount in most protein powders and in your diet. Also almost all aminos can be broken down to other aminos by your body.
  20. whats the difference between functional strength and not functional strength? Is there even such thing?
  21. Foam rolling and streching really helps with hip flexor tightness
  22. been using ON gold standard for years and love it, dont worry about fat/carb content in protein powders, it will be very little. Your daily macros much more important. Also fats are very beneficial and help with testosterone. As for scoops a day, that will depend on your body. There is no set limit. Just get 1g per lb of bodyweight. Some days i dont even take protein because it reach my goals from my meals. Use the powder as a supplement and only that.
