You could say that. I much prefer an old-school hockeyman in charge of the show. Gil-Gil constantly give the impression they're running for office.

I was a latecomer to HD. But once I got set up, I thought 'I may never leave my sofa ever again'.

It's not just the mediocre play or the food/beer prices. The whole atmosphere in RA sucks. It's all corporate around our company seats. People are more worried about their cellphones and meeting up with buddies after the game. Nothing exciting about any of it.

They're a billion-dollar family. Have had season tix since the mid-80's.

There just isn't very much appeal to actually going to the games. Gimme dinner at home, a few icy ones and a 50" HiDef and I'm set.

My boss has 8 club seats season tix. He has trouble giving them away these days.
