    Bob Mackenzie reporting the Cap is not going up much.  Revenues not there.  Escrow will claw back a lot from players.

    JB needs to WEAPONIZE our cap.

      Mackenzie saying the Leafs are in big cap trouble.  RFA class is really good, and Canucks (if they were willing) could use their cap to acquire really top - and young - assets.
