I like to look at it like they will carry on from the last 10 games where the Canucks played well. why is it written in stone that there will be injuries again like last season. and this team is going to be different than last year.

wow finally someone on here says the truth, thanks Rob_Zepp, I was excited about him. tram was never a saviour for this team, he was overly big and out of shape, he left the team not caring at all about us the fans or the org. him and his wife scooted back home , so why should he come back and be welcomed with open arms.

wow!!! Hughes is a great player that some of you have the need to pick apart now. there is nobody in the nhl that is perfect, and that includes Barzel. also to say Barzel is the fastest skater, is just a opinion of some, he is fast but I bet if you put him aside JV. I think Jake would probably win.

so what if he can't bulk up , should he then give up on his dream to play in the Nhl. Johnny g. never bulked up. stecher is still short!

why is it so quiet about resigning Jake? kind of not fair to him, keeping him on a hook like this, heard stecher is very close to resigning, making jake the last one . anyone heard anything on this!

so now after saying Hughes would make a decision this week, now there is no timeline. either sign or don't sign. other teams and players have not had any problem making a decision! why does it always take Canucks org longer?

he could beat out Pouliet, Hutton and stecher for sure. the kid is ready. , I know he is a defenseman , but the same was said about Boeser last season and most were wrong about him. the way Pettersson played in Sweden and the year he had , a lot of you want him in Utica. I see a few other teams have signed their prospects!

Hughes is ready from what I have seen of him, so he is small, look around the league at all the small players. sign him now Jim Benning!

near the end of the season tram wasn't even hitting or rarely. I like him, but when he said he was returning home, I felt he just never gave his all to the team. all he showed was he wanted everything given without working hard .

it amazes me that some want pettersson to play in Utica, but think gaunce should be on the Canucks. boggles the mind!!!

there are others that can out play gaunce, give him a chance on another team!

Boeser never played in Utica! and Pettersson really doesn't need to either. he will more than likely earn it. after what he has done this past year.

so basically he hasn't grown up yet. being a professional blogger does not make them clowns. my daughter is a professional blogger and does quite well for herself.
