Appreciate Jax reaching out and making this deal work, I have no doubt he'll make good use of this pick and look forward to seeing who he takes.
with that said Chicago is excited to bring Philipp on board! After finding himself on the wrong side of luck the past two years we hope to see a break out year this season. Philipp has been on our radar for some time and we've seen a number of glimpses to a much higher skill level then his stats show. At 22 we cant help but think he worth a shot.

So with his future in the music city uncertain, Forsberg remains a possible acquisition for playoff bound teams in FL and IRL.
Now outside of playoff potential Filip stands as a elite winger that has proven this season to be a PPG player on a 40 goal pace and would slot in has a major contributor for any team looking to seriously upgrade their point production.
As it stands we are listening to offers but are keeping a watchful eye on how things are playing out with irl and with the clock ticking the price could spike at any moment.
