We are a very fragile, weak team, sorry to say. We could still miss the playoffs.
-
Cmon Horvat if you get chances you at least have to have a good shot on goal.
-
Horvat is so bad at finishing.

We do need a prototypical power forward. We don’t have any in the pipeline.
-
Virtanen a no show again and making awful defensive plays. Boeser.’s skating needs work and if we lose four in a row, it says a lot about where this team is at.
-
Virtanen another no show. He is just so inconsistent. If you say he’s figured it out, he goes in a slump. The passing has been downright awful tonight and Boeser’s shot and skating need a lot of work.

It’s not just two losses. Let’s be real. They have been outplayed and outshot a ton the last few weeks.

It’s not just two losses. Let’s be real. They have been outplayed and outshot a lot of those games. Green again tonight sounds ok with losing. It’s frustrating to hear him.

I mean, lost twice in 9 games. Might wanna word your whining a bit better. Like this
Tired of this overachieving team beating up crappy teams with their overrated PP and their passive ass defense.
I was talking about the last five years. We have lost a ton of hockey. There really is nothing left to learn. They keep saying we need to learn from our losses but that’s a lot of losing.
-
What have they learned that they should have learned from last game? They didn’t learn. That’s concerning.

How much losing needs to happen to have learned something? They always say we need to learn from this. What really have they learned over all the losing over the last few years. We have seen this before. It’s nothing new. This fragile mentality needs to stop.

I guess it’s time for our yearly losing streak to fall out of a playoff spot so our GM can say that we had injuries and not enough depth. We also don’t have anything to trade to help us. It’s like de ja vu. The only difference is we are losing differently than previous years. This is nothing new and I don’t want to hear they need to learn from losing. They have had so much losing to learn from. What more can you learn?

How can you justify losing like this after getting beat 9-2? It just speaks volumes as to the mentality of the team. Sometimes you have to come out and play with desperation and some toughness. Show some anger. Even tonight. Just do something.
-
We already know what Green is going to say. “ I didn’t like our first period defense but that’s a good team over there. It’s hard to score in this league. It’s not like they don’t want to score or play well.” LOL. It’s only hard for our team. Others can score 14 against us.

They got too cocky and felt so good about seven games. Their game wasn’t even that good. They need a player who won’t let them get away with feeling overconfident and one who holds other players accountable. It just seems like they are ok with inconsistency.

Eriksson shouldn’t ever play on the second line. That says a lot.
-
He shouldn’t be on the team period. Who cares if he had a good stretch of games. Benning has so much pride he has to keep him on the team. Macewen would offer more and he is taking a spot. 6 six million dollars for three goals.
-
Why is Eriksson still on this team??
-
I just wish that they fixed their road game. It’s pathetic and has no identity. They look so afraid out there it’s embarassing. Virtanen has to find a way to be consistent. Again he has disappeared. It is sad that Loui Eriksson is still being played. That tells you a lot about our depth scoring.
-
Virtanen has disappeared right now. I really don’t think they grasp they haven’t won a thing in the nhl. They are way too cocky. Horvat wasn’t even angry last game. He’s the captain and he basically said they should feel good about the seven game winning streak. Who cares it means nothing if you lose seven in a row

Why are we giving up the line so easily. Backing up, backing up. It makes no sense.
-
Our road record has to improve to make the playoffs.
-
Our biggest problem is this team has not ever under Green figured out how to play on the road. It could cost us a playoff spot. Elder has been terrible and should be benched.

Canucks still have to learn about killer instinct. That 5 on 3 they had to show it. They let them back in it. They are way too tentative on their pp.

It’s funny they are talking this morning about feeling good about where they are at but they have lost three in a row. You should be angry. A good team doesn’t feel satisfied. It was coming from the coach too. I just don’t get that when you haven’t made they playoffs for a few years
