i think the RFP for the rfid cards/infrastructure is next year with the implementation presumably in the years following. aside: rfid is scary! cheap to manufacture, small in size - it's already quietly and slowly permeating evrything from manufacturing, to healthcare to our credit cards.

Ooo, that's exciting! One more reason to always put the ol parking brake on. Yes, where is that? I've only seen community buses in the downtown west end. Still waiting patiently for news on a concrete opening date for the rav.
