I have 2 level 28 characters and almost 100 hrs of Gameplay and I literally just got my first Exotic bounty tonight...Ossi has done a bunch of them and he says that the majority of the weapons are lackluster at best....But hey if you ever felt the need to complete 25 strikes in a row or purchase 50 Heavy Ammo Synths in one shot they may be right up your alley.

He looked to be smiling at the prospects camp in the summer. I believe this management group understand players better and he will not have to test free agency because he will be taken care of and given every opportunity, financially and professionally to succeed as a Vancouver Canuck.

I had an amazing run of luck yesterday, altho with the update and the subsequent upgrade to Tiger STrike rewards I was able to get a Legendary Dead Orbit Hand Canon, a sweet legendary AR Shadow Price (i think thats what its called) a ton of upgrade materials and once I was done decrypting all of that received a cryptarch rank up package in the mail that yield 3 purple engrams that turned into 3 legendary armor pieces.... The game is broken now.

Patch is live now...Purple engrams=Purples...I havn't seen a Purple Engram since Saturday :/

The first legendary I got was a fusion rifle, and it really changed the game for me (in PVE at least) I was able to do consider damage in game modes I had no business being in and once I unlocked the over penetrate mod on the weapon I am chewing thru oncoming mobs with little fear of being downed. I now have one of each ammo type (albeit not legendary status, still working on it)

I agree if you have school to focus on DO NOT BUY THIS GAME...wait until you have some time to kill. ANd I found that 26-28 is far more rewarding than 20-26 because you are actually able to contribute in the higher level strikes, and the raid... The PVP, Crucible is a ton of fun for me and would be worth a buy on its own. Getting the better weapons has made every aspect of the game better

it did.. I have a 3rd character that is very low levels. I couldn't bring myself to do it all over again. I has been beneficial for farming coins and motes of light as they are tradeable between your characters via the Locker on the tower. The only downside is that I have hit a wall on 2 characters, instead of focusing on one character and really developing that specific toon. I am serverely outclassed by people that started day 1 like me but have only chose 1 character to play. In a few weeks I'll have the benefit of having 2 fully developed characters but for right now I'm in full grind mode... I almost lost all hope until this morning when I pulled an exotic chest piece on my warlock that fit my titan perfectly...it was Destiny.

Voidwalker Warlock is easymode to start the game I just got the luckiest pull from a crucible match reward...A purple engram turned into the Exotic chest piece Crest Of Alpha Lupi...I got it playing as my Warlock and put it on my Titan and now she is almost Lev. 25 as well....so pumped

4 would be so OP...and I kind of see how the 3 classes compliment each other, I think it was Bungie's plan to have one of each class per fireteam.

did you do it yet? I did it this morning with randoms no mics. The one guy kept hanging back and dying. This game is kind of like ME3 multiplayer or Zombies, once the shit hits the fan you have to stay mobile or you're dead. I need to do it on my second character if you want to later

Yea I agree...I am interested to see what Bungie does with the Vault of Glass Raid, even tho I am nowhere near ready for it. Lev. 22 Titan Striker and Lev. 21 Warlock sunsinger The game is fun as hell but def. repetitive like an MMo... Huge Boss Sponge, thrash mob wave x 3, end mission... Decrypt Legendary Engram, receive green shottie....and repeat

I have 2 characters, 1 Warlock @ lev. 21 and 1 Titan @ lev.20 First thing you need to consider is that the version of Destiny that shipped on Tues. is part 1 in an ambitious plan by Bungie to add on to this game and world for the next 10 years to come. As of right now the game itself has alot to offer, but with there being only 4 worlds and a handful of levels and strikes per world, you end up replaying areas over and over. Now these areas do change with difficulty, ie. Different enemy spawn intensity per Lev. This game has a roleplaying element and a loot system that wil potentially make you angry. On both of Characters I have yet to find a Legendary or Exotic. TO be fair tho I stopped playing on my Lev. 21 to finish up the Lev. 20 titan and you don't start getting the good stuff until Lev. 20. So with the story being fairly short. (you could potentially finish the game story in 8-10 hrs) and the good loot and fun challeges opening up at Le. 20, you can look foward to doing daily bounties for XP and Faction points, Weekly and Daily Heroic missions or Strikes for special gear and rare items and spend time gettin gud at the exceptional MP...The MP is really fun for me. I am not a COD player and havn't played COmpetetive MP since the original Counter Strike. This is diff. but def. fun. so the TL;DR version you get out what you put into the game, but the great controls and fun gameplay (esp. MP) warrant a purchase, especially if you like the world and are excited for more content in the future

fi and when you start another character you can also leave engrams in your vault for the other characters to unlock...so if you have a piece of armor that is suiting your needs and you would like to upgrade your other characters armor you can leave an encrypted engram in the vault and let your other character decode it...kind of like trading armor between classes.

I have been playing alot of crucicle and am leveling up 3 characters right away. I have a lev. 13 Warlock, Lev. 8 Titan and a Lev. 6 Hunter.....I could see how someone could possibly not like the gameplay. I have found it repetitive solely because of leveling up 3 characters simultaneously, but if I was playing 1 character I don't think that I would have found it so grindy. A good tip if you are interested in getting higher gear later on is to save your engrams until you are a higher level or have a higher rank with the cryptarch and you will have a better shot a higher gear.

I'll add u...picking up mu white ps 4 in a bit. and the guy that said the Titan was the worst class must not have played any multiplayer...He is the reason there is agility nerfs before the game even launched. I am so pumped for this game.

Xboner gets that content in a year. It's about time playstation got hooked up with some exclusives. Can't wait for Monday night. I played Warlock and Hunter in the Beta, have been doing research about the Lev. 15 upgrade options and I think that a Warlock will be most benefitial in raids with their teammate buffs and faster revives. Every raiding party is going to need a medic/buff type character. Went to my local EB. My white PS4 is coming with the game, but the white headphones I ordered are not anywhere on the inventory sheet. Has anyone heard if these have been delayed or anything?

Long story short, unless Bo plays lights out 2nd line center hockey at training camp, I don't think that there is room for him on this team. I would love to see him get a couple of games if he has a good pre season, but I don't want to just keep him because, "He's too good for another year of Jr. but dosn't fill a role on the Canucks this year." One more year in Jr. and playing a bigger role on Team Canada is not going to hurt his development. Could be a good test of his character. Bo seems like the type of young man to run with any opportunity given to him. He won't pull a Cody Hodgeson if he has to go back.

him being NHL ready is a conversation for another year... I can't wait to see him play for Canada at the U-20's, and see if he gets top line minutes for his current club. WHat he did with his minutes last year was amazing, if he can elevate his game to his time and play the same way he did last year, there is no reason he shouldn't be close to the top of CHL scoring.

That is just ridiculous... WHat did they give Reinhart? IMO Reinhart is more likely to be a mediocre, but dependable NHL'er than Virtanen, who IMO has top line winger potential.

the Nylander Vs. Virtanen argument is very silly. They are 2 completely different players. And at the end of the day Virtanen is fast and strong enough to just skate right through Nylander if he has the puck.

I can't wait for Destiny...Sure it isn't really bringing too many new ideas to the fold. Sort of Recycling Borderlands game model for co-op and the PvP is pretty standard...I do like the way other players can drift in and out of your campaign or help out when an Alien Boss drops into the game. The only thing that dissapoints me is by the sounds of it the Space exploration has been severely cut back. I was really looking forward to flying thru the galaxy like in Mass Effect, or maybe even having space dogfights like in X-Wing or Privateer. All in all tho I love the world and the smoothness of the gameplay...I pre-ordered the Destiny PS4 bundle, pretty stoked
