6-3 Win for london today. Quiet night for the Horvat, finished with an assist on an empty netter. Horvat played on the right wing again with Tierney and Domi. I'm not a fan of that line..

lol no i'm more of a corsi guy. jk lolMaybe Legend Killer can help us out? Perhaps he sits with a stopwatch in hand as he watches.
I'd say in close games, you'd see horvat on the ice more than in a blowout. Like last years finals, he was on for the majority of the final 5 minutes. Him and Scheifele went head to head pretty good. He's the exact player you'd want on the ice if you want to "sit" on a lead, or defend against an extra attacker.
-
He's not the 1C, he's been playing 2C/3C in defensive roles. Yesterday he was on Tierney's wingI wonder if horvat is injured. his team has 19 goals in their last 5 perios of play, and he is there number one center with crazy dangles and snipes and passing, hes got to get some goals...
-
7 goals in the second for the Knights makes it 8-3. Nearing the end of the 2nd. Horvat has 2 assists, waiting to see if he gets credited with anything on the 8th goal. Could have deflected it.
Edit: secondary assist on the 7th goal. Make that 3 assists. 63 points.

One of the kids singing the national anthem tonight was wearing a Canucks Horvat jersey. Good taste. Start em young. Horvat starting this game with the Ruperts on his wing.
-
Next year, start fresh out of camp. let him focus on the memorial cupBo almost made the Canucks THIS year (and is likely to see time here when his Jr. season is over). He can't play in the A next year and another season in Jr. does little for him IMO.
I'd be pretty shocked if he's not on the Canucks next year in a nice comfy 3rd line role.

Dude, i posted the EXACT same thing, but didn't copy and paste it off a twitter account. It's appreciated that you cover everything for us, but like…check first@TysonGiuriato
#Canucks prospect Bo Horvat had a goal and an assist in the @GoLondonKnights 11-0 win tonight. Now has 60 points (24-36-60) in 42 games.
-
10-0.. all by different goal scorers. 15 minutes left. this is just mean
-
He now sits at 60 points, 1 point off of his total from last year. 25 less games to get there. That's quite an improvement, especially when he's playing a defensive role
-
Goal and an assist already at the half way point against Sarnia. 6-0 lol.
Horvat has been playing with Tierney and Domi more tonight. Should have 2 goals, but he got robbed on one.
-
We also gotta consider that Jensen should be making the jump soon too. Not many roster spots
-
i'd expect around 30-35 range. I'd be happy with that, but the way he plays, he crashes the net and could rack up points quickPeople are expecting Horvat to pot 50 points in his first season? Damn.
I'd just be happy if he makes the team full time.
-
Huberdeau also plays for Florida. I hope we can develop Bo like the Jets have with Scheifelebergeron was an offensive star, but after his concussion nearly ended his career, the offense never came back the same way and his focus shifted to defensive hockey.
that said, horvat is bigger and stronger now at 18 than bergeron is at 28.
horvat: 6'0" 206 lbs
that's crazy in the nhl. stocky. solid.
bergeron: 6'2" 194 lbs
pretty average. typical, lean, non-physical forward build. similar to the sedins.
huberdeau: 6'1" 171 lbs
yeesh. dainty and frail. think about it: horvat is an inch shorter but 35 lbs heavier. that's insane.
numbers taken from hockeydb.

He'll be as good as the coach wants him to be, offensively or defensively. Just be patient, i think he'll be ready next year. I've seen this guy practice with NHL'ers during the lockout and summer and he can match up head to head with them no problem.
-
Horvat is the perfect rebound guy. If he's on the ice, goalies are extra careful about coughing up rebounds because he's on them like a fly on crap. That's his game.

hockeyyinsiderr has actually been pretty reliableya pretty much this. bunch of try hard fake insiders.
eklund > hockeyinsiderr > fourthperiod

Whether you want to realize it or not, put Kesler with the players around Toews and the results would be similar. There's a reason Team USA is having him as the 1C, and there's a reason why Kesler has won a selke. They're a rare group.Kesler is no way near Toews level
-
Edler to Buffalo for Moulson and Zadorov.
-
lol i like ho-sang. what's the deal with him?other than being a total prick, apparentlyits so nice having a scout in london.
im in windsor. heres my report. DO NOT DRAFT HO-SANG
-
I'm really lacking confidence in them defensively, so i'm hoping Stolarz makes a difference when he comes back. He'll back just in time for the playoffs.London does not seem like a very good defensive team. That's why they really lean on Bo for his defensive zone play.
We saw what happens when the Knights go up against a deep offensive team like Eerie.
They're gonna need to tighten things up if they wanna win a memorial cup.
-
You're right, forgot about that. I really hope they target Dakota Mermis in the draftthink buffalo has his rights.
-
He was, but it won't show up on the stat sheet. Team mates weren't very receptive to the puck very well, i find he's been gelling really well cycling the puck to the point with Brady Austin lately. Really good puck mover, i'd love to see Vancouver sign himstill crushing it in the dot?

I'll add to this.@TysonGiuriato
#Canucks prospect Bo Horvat grabbed one assist for the @GoLondonKnights today. Now has 58 points (23-35-58) in 41 games.
Lately, and even more evident in this game, Bo's line has been playing much more in the defensive and neutral zone, with Tierney, domi and anderson carrying the offensive load. He got robbed point blank twice tonight, short handed. Just wanted to point this out incase people think his offensive production has slowed down. Just a change in systems, he had about 5 hits and 4 blocked shots (by my count), but i don't think they keep track anywhere online. 2/3 blocked shots came while plymouth had an extra attacker at the end. Crucial minutes, great stick handling on the defensive end.
