Anyone think Lu has enough gas left in the tank to take down Djokovic? If Lu can get into Djokovic's head early and win the first set, I think he can.

I didn't know who he was either til today, but I'm gonna remember him for sure cuz he's Taiwanese and they've never done so good at anything before except little league baseball

    I watched it! LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU lol
  4. In the summer (cuz the air is dry) I can hit 270 pretty consistently. However I have this crappy fade right now that I'm trying to get rid of cuz it's killing my distance when I start pushing it too much. I have a killer swing speed on my driver (105-106mph av) but I haven't been converting my driver swing to my iron/short game. By the time I'm on the green, I'm already scrambling to putt for par/bogey usually, so I can't really say if my putting is clutch or not. @Teebolio - I'm a lefty too!
  5. I play 3-4, sometimes 5 times a week in the summer. 16 Index, 18 Cap in most courses. I have ABSOLUTELY ZERO SHORTGAME I can drive it around 270-280 but my iron game has been really off lately. Driver: Titleist 907 D2 5 Wood: Callaway X - steel shaft Irons: 4-S R7TP Wedge: 60 degree Cleveland CG 14 with canada flag Putter: Odyssey XG #9 On another note, anybody here try the Supertri? It is the BEST DRIVER EVER!!! It is next to impossible to miss if you have a consistent swing, and it is a powerful driver. I want it SOOO BAD
  6. perhaps it should be like baseball where they rest catchers every now and then throughout the season, as they are prone to injury and fatigue. I'm not sure this would help, since a freak incident like Richards-on-Booth or Malkin-on-Mitchell could happen even to a guy playing 5-10 minutes a game. Hopefully we have better luck come next season
  7. I REALLY hate watching as a fan when teams that have clinched in the NBA and NFL start resting guys, but at the same time I can see how that can be helpful in the long run. I know that regular season records are great (16-0 New England Pats) but at the same time, isn't the ultimate prize the Super Bowl? Would people be knocking the Canucks for resting guys like Burrows/Kesler (even just limiting their icetimes) who get banged up because of their gritty style of play? I know this is a question asked to look in hindsight, but if we are in a similar situation next season, would we be alright with resting some of our key players and let our role players play more?

Djokovic can be the best in the world if he can control his mental game better. His skills are other-wordly, but he acts like a 10 year old sometimes
  9. without burrows, we probably wouldnt have made the playoffs. but still, its not just about making the playoffs its about winning the cup. On any contender, burrows would be 3rd line checker. He is great in that role, but u cant expect him to repeat what he did offensively. I wanna see kesler with the sedins, and maybe get burrows to energize demitra. The type of player burrows is, he can give u a good short term jolt, but long term, i dont think he lasts on a top line.
