      I think its lack of competition. Shaw and Telus? who else is even worthy of note? Went can we get a company like FiOs or Verizon? Im not saying theyre better but competition to improve things seems necessary...

      I had shaw for about 8 years then I switched to telus. I got more channel and better internet for less. Shaws internet is like Luongo sometimes its good but sometimes it sucks ass

    I don't use the behind the net strategy much, but off the rush, about the only thing I have found effective is to use my protect action, make a move to go behind the net and then curl back on a delay towards the boards and look for the third fwd coming into the high slot.......sometimes I've noticed a d-man will jump in on that play too. I also cut behind the net and look for a fwd on far post
