I'll be happy with either Nylander or Ehlers, I just feel Virtanen is a one tick pony with no playmaking skills. Ritchie has consistency issues.

I just think the elite vision and skill eventually wins against size etc. Nylander just seems to have that vision that you can't teach in terms of when to shoot, pass and stickhandle. Look how a small elite vision player in Kane absolutely destroyed the big LA Kings know for their size and defence, even the monster in Quick looked ordinary.

You are exactly right on, he is going to draft players that PLAY BIG whatever their size is.

Seems to me Stevens is more suited as an assistant instead of head coach, for whatever reason seems to lack charisma to lead a group. Perhaps Desjardins is a better option.
