If they keep Miller and Bo, it'll be tough to find the $ Petey will want and have depth. Dermott is not the answer to anything.......they need a dcorp where bear is a #5-6 and they need cap felexibility. They also need to find $ for Kuz
Imo, playing well, finally, changes nothing.
Well, with Boeser firing away, hopefully we can get some good value from a trade there. Myers is playing better with lower minutes, would be nice to unload him, Brisboise looked good, i could see him as a 6/7 Dman. Especially if Dermott comes back. Then a decision on Miller will be needed.

With McKinnon and Makar locked up, the Avs are going to be disgusting for many years.

I was reading an article the other day that it's here to stay and we better jjust get used to it...$$$....yuck!!!
Meh, i barely see it or pay attention to it anymore. Hate the idea and principle, but does bother me....except when the big fing puck wraps around the board...thats distracting for sure.

Bo + Bone for this guy + Byram would work.

how did Rome's hit work out for the Canucks?
Sigh...that's the hit that sparked the Bruins, so much for snarl and toughness. Huge hit, but ended up a turning point in that series. Boston took over from there.

Can we not bring in a specialized coach to help our centers with faceoffs...short term gig I think Oates has worked with teams or players in the off season, Yannik Perreault is the NHL's all time face off % leader at over 61%
The list is here: https://www.quanthockey.com/nhl/records/nhl-players-all-time-faceoff-win-percentage-leaders.html
Our faceoffs haven't been the same since Malhotra was coaching. He really was the catalyst for Bo's great FO ability.
