I've Just Watched The Whole Game Again.

I don't care if you were sitting alongside MG himself my opinion having watched it twice is as valid as yours. Your whole post is a study in gratuitous despair.

If you insist they were terrible, I have to either question you judgement or assume you got cleaned out at the casino on the way home.

I didn't say they played great or that they couldn't improve I said that there seemed to be an exaggerated gloom about the display and they in fact, given a few breaks, did enough to win.

I'll make it plain for you. They HAVE actually played worse this season and won.............more than once.

They can have as many chances as you want but it's the God damn playoffs. Players need to step up their game, and you can't tell me they have. They're treating games like regular season games. Perhaps you don't remember Round 1 vs Chicago last year? That's what you call stepping up your game from the regular season.

Doesn't not capitalizing on scoring chances make our team look even worse?

Might as well watch reruns of Archie Bunker! Bottom line AV better start coaching and stop coasting or all will be over soon! This team can win the cup but needs to be coached at a higher level than the regular season. There is no next time with everything on the line!

How come the canucks keep insisting on dumping the puck on each power play.

1. They are not fast enough to go and recover the puck

2. LA players already know what is coming so they stay inside their zone and wait till a canucks sends the puck in.

I always wondered about this play. It never works, unless the other team is changing the penalty killers.
