Danthecanucksfan
That's why I was hesitant to trade Kovalchuk to you. I like the deal I got though, but that's just scary. We'll see how it pans out in a simulation.
mpt
How will we handle players that are drafted the past few seasons who aren't created by EA as they are playing in Europe or the NCAA? Will there be an opportunity to make the player if the commissioner approves the rating? If possible I propose that teams should be limited to one or two create a players and have to justify the ranking with facts for the commissioner to approve. We don't want to bog down the commish but on the other hand we dont want to miss out on a few key players that some teams may have but due to EA rights are unable to use. DollarAndADream
It all really comes down to how good Howden is in NHL 13. This trade depends on his overall and potential in the game. For now the trade will go through, but when the game comes out I'll look into it.

mpt
These two Toronto trades are a little iffy IMHO. I honestly dont know whether he is serious or not. On the other hand, both of his trades are "re-building" ones
DollarAndADream
You don't know the value of the 1 round pick in the first draft. If nhl 13 is anything like nhl 12, the first round pretty much guarantees a superstar.

mpt
I think that if any players are traded by their respective teams, the trades involving those players be renegotiated, and the rosters be made up to date with those players. At least, any trade that occurs before Ocotber 1. Or something like that.
Crom!
I'll take Chicago if it's available. I'm a GM of many fantasy leagues here on CDC.
