Chris for mascot Posted January 10, 2013 Share Posted January 10, 2013 Don't you think that the best scenario for Luongo is to keep him through training camp and into the first say 5-10 games? Honestly I think this is a fair scope into what Cory will look like as a starter, and you'll start to see the teams with goalies who are slumping giving us a few more trading partners. Also if Cory does slip we have Luongo right there to take over till the off season. I think this is a win win for the Canucks. Also say we do move him where would you rather see him go and flourish. I think it would be better for him to go to Philly as it gives him a legitimate chance to win a cup, and in all fairness to him I think he deserves that with how he's performed here.. I mean besides the melt down in the final Luongo has been great for us. Plus If we could say get Sean Coutier (I think that is how he spells his last name) I'd be very happy.
