^^^ I'm not cheering for the Hawks.

I'm cheering against the Bruins.

That's the only way I can feel okay about this. Personally if you'd told me that it would have to be Boston and Chicago in the Final, I'd be fine with the lockout burning the whole year instead. :P

Now, I'm no fan of Toews, but that hit from Boychuk?? Boychuk lunges at him, leads with his elbow/forearm and the principle point of contact is the head. If Rome gets 4 games in the Finals for a clean hit because Horton was too busy admiring his pass to keep his head up, then this one should be AT LEAST 2 games. I'm expecting nothing at all. But it should be at least the balance of the Final.

I'm with you 100%... head was the principal point of contact and that hit could've knocked Toews right out. Disgusting hit

Another "great hockey play" from the Broons though according to Cherry and the other CBC guys, as Boychuk almost ruins another players career

One more win!!!!! :emot-parrot:

I think you closed the gap another 5 or 6 points? around 77 to 40ish for the Isles...oddly enough, pundits are talking, and if this goes to game 7 it is by virtue of another ten goalie points to the Islanders, and 37 points is a lot to make up on one night with two players. Highlight shows are starting to play clips of your captain lifting the Clarence Campbell Bowl. tsk tsk.

ugh, failed so hard here, as is pointed out below, yes i was directing this at LA.

Colorado is thrilled with the way the draft shaped up for us! Got all 3 players we had targeted after some shuffling around to make the 5th, 6th and 7th overall picks.

We believe that in Nichushkin, Monahan and Nurse we have brought in 3 world class players who may be close to cracking the lineup immediately. That much size and skill added to each position will be a huge boost to the future core of this team.

Jonathan Bernier to the Leafs!!

So, who has the starter in Toronto now? San Jose or Colorado? Bernier has loads of potential to be a top end starter but Reimer was pretty good for the Leafs this year...

the season will show it ..bad thing lui could still land in philly....but to be honest ..would they buy out one caploaded goalie to get another one who may has past his prime?

i want mason as starter in philly ::D
