People keep mentioning that the twins were drafted 2nd and 3rd as if it will require picks that high to replace them. The twins were not looked upon as franchise players. They made themselves into stars by working their buts off. They were not Mcdavid type of players. The point I am trying to make is that we already have some very solid young talents on the team. Horvat ,Sven and Virtanen may have much higher potential then you think. (no one thought the twins would break 100 points) Tanev,Hutton and Gudbranson give us a solid start on defense. Boeser and our 5th round choice will likely be ready for 2017/18. Goal tending is also in good shape. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
