When does Steam generally have sales? There were a few games I wanted to buy during the holiday sale but since I couldn't get into my account I missed out. I dont mind paying full price but I'm hoping to get it on sale soon.

Anybody know when this year's teddy bear toss is? I Googled it but didn't see anything. I have tickets to tomorrow's game.

At the Bridgeport station you have to get off the skytrain and take a seabus across the river then get back on the skytrain on Marine Drive station on the other side. Takes about 10 minutes.

Ditto. I finally bought my first PS3 a year and a half ago so there's still quite a few games I have yet to play. I'll be getting a PS4 in a year or so after all the inevitable launch bugs have been found and fixed and there are more games available. Or I'll wait until Naughty Dog's next game is launched, whichever comes first.

I'm a woman, and last night I was riding the sky train to Vancouver and there was a drunk homeless looking guy who apparently was reaching out to grab my ass while I was turned around to let a stroller out. My sister was sitting on the seat nearby and said he was moving in slow motion almost, like he was deciding whether or not to do it. That's the closest experience like that I've ever had on the sky train. Of course I don't ride it that much.

Took a break from GTA V online to play some Last of Us online and Uncharted 3 online.

Wet snow/freezing rain in North Delta now...

Just bought a PS3 a month ago and am currently playing through Uncharted 1 & 2 again on hard difficulty. I bought Uncharted 3 2 days ago and I'll start that soon.

The idea of just "having a room with a toilet inside" is flawed. If you have a toilet, you'd need a sink for people to wash their hands. And you'd need soap and hand dryers/towels. Then you'd need to hire people to keep them cleaned because some people are just disgusting pigs in public spaces. Having washrooms in some of the busier stations is a decent idea but it would add a lot to the total cost of the renos.

I thought I just saw 2 flashes of lighting in Delta. Thought I was mistaken so I came here to confirm there's weather stuff going on out there. Good ol' CDC :D

This year I've been the mail shoveler. But if i'm out there and my dad gets home from work he'll help me with it. I have to do the driveway and sidewalk on 2 sides of the house, so that's a LOT of shoveling.
