Evgeny Grachev puts home an empty netter to bag this game for the Rivermen.

Talk about a freaking disappointing ending to this game. The Wolves fought back hard to tie it, yet take a penalty late and surrender the go ahead PP goal. I have a feeling Archibald is really going to hear it from the coach, although it should be noted that the holding penalty he took was apparently pretty weak. The colour guy said that this is not the type of game in which the ref should make a call like that. Unfortunately, the Rivermen made it count.

The Wolves have now lost 5 games to the Rivermen this year. Safe to say they don't like this team a whole lot.
