As I've said previously, there isn't much choice as far as the D goes. Connauton was traded, Price was released from his ATO because he had to go back to Colgate to write his exams, and Andersson is injured again. Polasek is the only Canucks drafted defenseman the Wolves haev available right now, besides Sauve in the ECHL. That's the only head scratcher.

Can't see for myself - just listening to the radio stream, as usual - but the colour guy for the Wolves was absolutely raving about how Schroeder's play was world class. You don't hear these kind of things from these commentators when guys like Schroeder and Kassian aren't in the lineup, as much as they love hometown heroes Haydar and Sterling.
