Squeak
After the Pominville deal - the Aeros are weaker. Hopefully the Wolves can get the W, and try to get some distance from 9th place.
NuxFan09
Jensen will not be in the lineup tonight. He's joining the Wolves in Oklahoma City for their game against the Barons tomorrow. canuck_trevor16
I am surprise that Sauve has not been called to the Wolves yet........his team is done now
canuck_trevor16
As I've said previously, there isn't much choice as far as the D goes. Connauton was traded, Price was released from his ATO because he had to go back to Colgate to write his exams, and Andersson is injured again. Polasek is the only Canucks drafted defenseman the Wolves haev available right now, besides Sauve in the ECHL. That's the only head scratcher. NuxFan09
Can't see for myself - just listening to the radio stream, as usual - but the colour guy for the Wolves was absolutely raving about how Schroeder's play was world class. You don't hear these kind of things from these commentators when guys like Schroeder and Kassian aren't in the lineup, as much as they love hometown heroes Haydar and Sterling. NuxFan09
Schroeder is on the 1st unit. Nice to see that the coach can't possibly ignore the impact Schroeder makes.
NuxFan09
Aeros kill the penalty. The Wolves had one good look when Schroeder passed to Sterling who got a good shot off.
DeNiro
Mallet, Grenier, and Sauve have all been re-assigned to the Wolves. They just have yet to see game action. Until the Wolves lose a couple, I don't see that happening.
NuxFan09
Bill Sweatt draws another penalty with his speed. 2nd PP of the game for the Wolves.
