  1. Gordon 100%. I picked up Hogan at the start of the season thinking he would be the #1 for the first four weeks without Edelman and he hasn't produced at all. Granted, we were off to a usual slow start but I had at least hoped he would've been the #1 target and shift to the slot
  2. I feel sorry for fans of those teams who have the misfortune of sharing their last names with those players
  3. Also, here's to hoping we have a Rams-Chiefs Super Bowl. Wouldn't that be a fun shootout to watch?
  4. Pats special teams made the difference today.
  5. I don't think we'll be getting another good Thursday nighter until Week 10. Panthers and Steelers.... Although if Brock stays healthy, next week could be fun to see him go up against his old team that dumped him.
  6. I'd say currently. Probably within the the last 2 decades. @Tre Mac Mile High and Arrowhead are pretty loud too. Maybe not Guinness World Record setting but it's pretty close
  7. Same. That's what I meant. Cigarettes. I try to rush pass them and try to give a dirty look when I pass.
  8. In your opinion, what's the toughest stadium for a visiting team to play in and walk out of with a win? There are a few that come to mind like Gillette, Century Link, Arrowhead, and Mile High.
  9. I doubt this will ever happen but as long as people don't smoke weed while walking, I'm ok with it. My biggest pet peeve with smokers is when they smoke and walk at the same time. The second hand smoke when walking behind them is infuriating but there's nothing I can do about it.
  10. Sure seemed like the 49ers weren't prepared for that last minute. They had Rodgers shut down the past two drives and then they let him throw darts across the field for big gains.
  11. Worse than the 59-0 blowout in New England in the snow in 2009?
  12. Wembley can also seat/host almost 100,000 people at maximum capacity and there's only so many American football fans that London has. Per Wikipedia, they can seat 86,000 for American football. It's like sending two cricket teams from India to play a regular season game in Los Angeles or New York. Do you really expect the stadium to be filled for a sport nobody on this side of the world watches?
  13. That was under Patricia. New defensive scheme in place, new backs. At least we have some sort of pass rush as opposed to the previous years under Patricia but with that, we're giving up too many chunk plays. With KC coming into town, that can't happen.
  14. Trust me, Pats have holes. We still can't stop the pass and if you watched the Jacksonville game, we can't get off the field on 3rd downs. Offence might be fine now but we have a lot of work to do on defense. Sunday night will either be a shootout between Mahomes and Brady or that'll be the game our D finally shows up and stops Mahomes from having a 300+ passing day. Also, I have no idea why the Seahawks called a timeout when it was 4th & 1 with the Rams punting. Could the Rams have run a fake? Probably. But why take them off the hook and rethink about what they wanted to do by calling your final timeout? Imo, that gave the Rams enough time to say, "yea let's go for a QB sneak and win the game" instead of, let's just punt it and hope our D stands.
  15. I don't understand the concept of leading with your shoulder for a tackle. It's ineffective and I see it every week. It's like these guys forgot how to tackle after playing college football
  16. In high school when I played football, we were taught to look at the chest and drive through the chest and wrap our arms around the body to wrap the guy up. Of course that was a decade ago so it may have changed but that was the way were taught to do a clean tackle.
  17. That Cleveland team really loves playing football....
  18. Not sure if this is accidentally on purpose but there are no NHL games on Fri Oct 12. Any reason why?

  19. I mean, I watched the entire game too but I was more or less for the average audience. Also, nice bet. He hit 50 on the dot. I need some of your betting luck and skills for some quick cash lol
  20. Most people will watch until the first half just to see Edelman back. After that, people will probably switch if it's a blowout
  21. Oh. I read that as "next season" for some reason. Hopefully Tommy's still up and motivated to play.
  22. 100% confirmed Pats play in Seattle next year? I'm not familiar with how the NFL formulates their schedule but if it is confirmed and TB12 is still playing, I'm definitely doing a road trip.
  23. Beautiful. One of my things to do in my bucket list is to watch a game at Gillette stadium with Brady playing but I definitely don't see that happening within the next 5 years.
  24. I agree. I wish we don't have another Super Bowl hosted there. My heart can't take any more miraculous once in a lifetime catches.
  25. Patriots finally looking like their usual self. D finally came to play. Edelman is back next week and that's when the fun begins. Gordon looking really impressive too although Hogan has been underwhelming so far. Not enough targets going his way early this season but with Edelman back and now Gordon in the fold, hopefully he's given more 1 on 1 coverage and given more favourable matchups down the line
