  1. Winnipeg is happy to select James "Real Deal" Neal @Art Vandelay
  2. New York Islanders trading block: Nick Foligno: 224 Fpts - Top 6 F on a likely playoff team. If it makes things easier on teams I may be able to retain as he does expire after this season. With Svechnikov joining the fold, He has been moved down to a 3 RW for us. Ideally a younger guy comes back in any deal. Will expect to be compensated for any retention ask though, depending on player being offered. Vladislav Kamanev: Tried shopping around the draft but offers weren't to par. Will see what else, if anything is out there. More then happy to keep Alex Tuch: Looking through my roster, we are very heavy on the RW. Tuch is looking to be the odd guy out. Had a break out season. Young and will be relied on more now with Neal and Perron gone. Looking for a decent hockey trade here if we can. If not, will look at prospects/picks Ideally we trade Foligno over Tuch, But if we get a solid offer for Tuch of course we will need to look at that. Tough decisions suck, But something we all have to face.
  3. Vancouver is looking to explore the trade market for David Perron.

  10. Winnipeg is very happy to select: Jared Spurgeon @Art Vandelay
  11. As someone who is behind you and am one who is waiting... I really have no issue with waiting what so ever. You could pick next month and it is what it is. I've made such a deep list that at this point I'm cool with a relaxed draft. I can tune in and out for now. Focus in other leagues and in day to day life. This pace is great and I am really excited for this league to start up full tilt in Sept. Please stay on bud! And honestly take your time!

  18. In the spirit of everyone else is doing it: 2. Svechnikov (2) - 14. Veleno (14) - 26. Lundestrom (21) -5 Pretty dang good of you ask me Islander's front office budget: Medical: $0 Minors: $23M Player Development: $0 Player Relations: $22M
  19. Wow.... flattered guys. Thanks for that. Lots of worthy Gm's this year. We really tried to build a solid team and came up short this season. Back to the grind for next season!
  20. All in all a successful first GML draft for me. 2. Andrei Svechnikov - RW 14. Joe Veleno - C 26. Isac Lundestrom - C For the most part we went best player available at all picks. We are very happy to add 3 quality prospects. It's always fun to draft multiple times in the first round. I like the fact that we really added to our C depth. Thanks @canuck2xtreme for hosting. I just barley squeaked getting all my picks dome before I headed out camping.
  21. @Canuck Surfer you are up!
