Yikes Laine looked like Lemieux. Moritz will be fine but this is a good wakeup call. 

Ya, wake up and skate backwards faster.  Oh, you can’t, because you don’t have that level of talent?  I’m thinking ?Big (Slow) Mo Seider is going to be one of those D who are like Gudbranson.  

Maybe I'm biased I was pumping Moritz tires really hard in his draft year when he was ranked in the mid 20's. Kid's gonna be a top pairing D give him some time. He's 6'4 and 20 years old a lil bambi legs are pretty normal. Overall his skating is pretty decent Laine caught him with his weight on the wrong foot and broke his ankles thats what good players do. He came up in the DEL and played a few games in the SHL he's bound to have things to work on at the NHL level. Don't write the kid off just yet if only we were lucky enough to have a young 6'4 puck moving RD in our system who hits like a truck and keeps a clean crease.
