For me it is not all about his scoring Motte works hard ever game battles for pucks, back checks you name it he does it, these are the attributions that limits shots, gain puck possession and create score opportunities, he does this against weak teams and the better teams every night

Most coaches aren't Adaptable they tend to panic and switch up lines when they are losing 4-2 and nothing is going right. Most people in general tend not to be able to use forethought coaches are no different. The best coaches change things when the team is winning but see structural issues. This is what separates hall a fame coaches from all the rest. Coaches in general are creatures of habit if it works don't break it, don't mess with a winning lineup the players will figure it out on their own

I so dislike this kind of thinking nobody in their right mind can say this was a good game great for fans and entertainment but for structure if they are playing any other team this is a loss in the first period. Changes should come now not when the team is losing 4-2 against a better team

Motte and Horvat lined up against lets say McDavid would make McDavid's life a little more miserable out there

Maybe he isn't a top 6 long term but but he is on a hot streak and IMO the coach should take advantage of it

From last season's playoffs to the first 9 games this season is Motte becoming a top 6 forward??? Lets look at it, 5 goals in the first 9 games If Pearson is a top 6 forward is Motte not better Motte's Determination resembles Horvats, actually I go as far as saying Motte is to our winger's as Horvat is to our centers And most importantly wouldn't a line of Motte Horvat and Hoglander look pretty good All in all IMHO it is time to promote Motte and demote Pearson. Pearson might work better against weaker competition

I still believe this is the biggest question for this team How good is Demko is he a #1 Goalie I know these last 2 games are against Ott so it still remains an unanswered question but damn he looked good And I still stand by what I said about Holtby he is not the same goalie from years past

Demko is proving me so right this guy is a solid #1 goalie and If you know my posts i am his biggest fan

I was a big fan of the Benn signing but last year he didn't find a place this year he is getting the opportunity

yup pretty much We know that Miller will help to Balance out the lines and the Canucks will be running their full roster therefore if they come out flat footed Monday the problem wasn't Miller it is something else
