Just read an article from the Province - open letter to Aquilini from some fans - calling mainly for JB's head to roll. Like some others on here I really don't see that as helping the present situation. However I will agree that the team needs to get this turned around I don't have the answers - not to sure that there are any other then giving the players a chance to see if they can turn it around.

Seems like forever since the last game - hope they can send the flames home pointless ( I know I am dreaming) Some home time and practice might be what they need,

Does that Hoglander kid have any brothers?cousins? that play hockey - we need more of that determined energy. And does anyone know why Mac isn't getting ice time? Did he have some bad shifts - nothing comes to mind. Or was it a showcase night for Jake and Gaudette? OJ - haven't seen enough of him - but like what I am seeing so far And on a side note - all the crying in our beers is not gonna bring back Tanev, Marky or Stetcher - but hockey is a business - players come and go. We all have our favs and hate to see them leave (Burrows etc). It's done - we can't change it and I am sure those guys are missed in the room - but that is the nature of the business. The players all know that. On the flip side of that - these players are still getting to know each other - and that is no small task during the pandemic. I hope some home time and a little freedom to do things helps- at least they won't be restricted to their rooms like they are now.

Did he not drop the gloves with someone last year or maybe the year before? Anyway when a reporter asked him - his response was you didn't want to come late for that one. But it certainly isn't something you see from him as a rule - but he did turn on Tofu when he crashed the net in Montreal. I think if the team saw more of that from him they would all play a little tougher. IMO

Lots of folks calling for Benning, Green and assistants to be fired - who are you replacing them with? And who is footing this bill? Aquilini? I don't see it happening - at least not now - weird season - short/ compacted and covid. Nope don't see it happening. Tomorrow is a new day - who knows maybe they'll shake this off and figure it out. If not - we might get lucky at the draft lottery. I certainly don't cheer for us to lose Go Canucks Go

All I've got tonight is "thank gawd at least Benner stepped up for Quinn" even if he was out matched. It's more then anyone else did. I still believe something is not right in the locker room - no matter what they say Maybe a miracle will happen between now and Sat afternoon I wouldn't be betting any money on it though

Ok that was as hard to watch last night as the 1st 3 games vs Montreal. I still have the feeling that something is not right in the room. Maybe I am wrong - hope so. I agree our schedule probably has not helped - also I imagine it isn't a lot of fun to be on the road - you're confined to your rooms - no interacting with the rest of the team. That is something I don't understand - you're in the dressing room and on the ice with these same players but you can't visit in the rooms? Some rules are beyond me. Hoping for the best
