The reality is, is that this team is mentally weak all over. Very passive aggressive players and they don't really have players to step up and say something and play the right way. They just all collapse at the exact same time. Their coach doesn't even hold them accountable. Media isn't allowed. When the media are too aggressive the organization steps in and says no. So who gold them accountable?

Have never called him an incompetent fool. Your words. Not mine.
You posted 30 confused emoji tonight. Thats baiting partner.
Look. Green will probably not be fired until after the season. But calling him out is useful if you believe he needs to reevaluate what he's doing. Shrugging and accepting poor coaching because management will probably wait till the summer is not helping.
I agree. I just want to see something different when he comes out. Your team absolutely failed. You should be worried about the way your team is trending. Not passing it off as we played great.

When one or two players play like $&!# that’s on them, when it’s this many that’s on the coach.
Exactly, not to mention his unwillingness to change his lineup after a loss(Ottawa). He also keeps playing Myers and Fantenberg together when its clear its no Bueno.

That would be on the players to execute which they have not this week. Blaming the coach at this point is weak.
He's keeps putting Myers and Fantenberg on the ice together and they are bleeding goals. He refused to change his lineup after the Ottawa game. That is coaching. Sorry.

When you call the coach an incompetent fool you deserve to be questioned about it. Also it is painfully obvious Green is getting the full year to see what he can do with his team. So calling for his head every game is tiring at best. Especially when those posters arguments are weak at best.
And surely there's no baiting on the Fire Green camp. None at all... lol
Well when you don't correct things that cause losses. That would be incompetent wouldn't it? Myers and Fantenberg are terrible together. What does he do? Lets try it again.

True - but he should want to have integrity in doing his job.
What does he do that you question his integrity? I think he asks the questions most media wouldn't dare ask.

Yes but he wants to be protected from tough questions. That is pathetic, I am sorry. You have other things to worry about. Like figuring out why you can't coach your team to a win.

Where did it say with a link he cannot talk to Paterson.
I was just listening to team 1040 and Paterson just said I am not allowed to talk to Green. He said that the canucks organization confirmed he would not speak to him. LOL.

There should be no reason for such bad defense collapses. Did you guys hear that the canucks organization confirmed Green would not talk to Jeff Paterson? That is soo soo sad. They are trying to control who he talks to. So they don't like that Paterson asks questions. I am dumbfounded. That is the leader of our team. He only wants to talk to some of the media. What a baby?

We have a home-stand and win some games, building confidence than the road trip seems to throw it away. It's not a good trend.
So why are they so bad on the road. Is that coaching? They aren't fixing anything after every loss. They say we have to look at the video but then they come out and do the same thing.

We haven’t even made the playoffs and he’s talking about the playoffs? Guy is out to lunch.
They aren't even playing playoff hockey. I mean the actual way they are playing. He really is out to lunch. Supposedly he won't let Jeff Paterson talk to him. I like Paterson because he asks the tough questions. Jeff Paterson just mentioned he won't talk to him. That is pathetic. How old are you?

Did anyone else here what he said to the media? "He feels bad for his players." I am still in shock. He just doesn't seem like the right fit. That is a weak response. I don't want to hurt my players feelings.

I feel bad for our team. I can't believe he said that. Green cmon. You should have been furious. He doesn't even say good teams don't lose that way. He just sounds like he's going to cry for his players.
-
Yep there you go. Predictable response by Green. Holding no one accountable. A loser's attitude being adopted by players.

Oh Green, if you start of your post-game interview with ‘I liked our game.....’,
He will. He has done that all year. He just doesn't know the right buttons to push. You can't be satisfied being 1 and 3 on the trip. That is a losers attitude. Being able to accept the ugly losses. Pass it off as we played great.
-
The canucks sure haven't learned a full 60 minutes is 60 mintues not 52 minutes. So ya they played great for 52 minutes but cmon man you guys have done this a lot where you don't play a full 60. I am getting tired of hearing ya we have to find a way. Learn from your mistakes. Eventually you actually have to do it.

Green will say, " We played a great game but we had a tough 8 minutes there. I am proud of the guys". That happy go lucky attitude.

Heard this line way too many times from the players and coaching staff...not playing the full 60. If they haven’t learnt from their previous mistakes as yet, someone has not being doing their job.
Yes they say it every time and do nothing about it. They just might have no clue what to do.

As much as people hate on Demko, I still think he is our best chance at wins. But realistically the team in front of our goalies are crapping the bed just as hard as the goalies have been. It's hard to pin our losing on just one thing. The team as a whole just isn't clicking.
Yes, its been terrible. The problem is they have too many players from the past still here. You need to get rid of some of these veterens. Edler looks done and disinterested. Sutter and Eriksson have no business being here and because Benning has too much pride they will stay here. Remember Sutter is a foundational piece. Yes he will be foundation that helps us miss the playoffs!!!

It wasn't Green taking stupid penalties in the 3rd while the team is defending a lead for their 3rd string goalie.
No buts its three terrible losses in a row. Your team should be so desperate. He should be pushing that on them the importance of this game. They don't look desperate at all. They just look like a team who is ok with trying to get by.

These problems on the road have been there all season. They haven't been fixed anything all season long. Its on the coach. He doesn't hold his team accountable. Says they played great when they didn't and doesn't seem at all annoyed or anxious.

He should be able to correct issues that are continuing to screw this team. He hasn't been able to so he has that hanging over his head.
