    Went to my 8:30 tutorial at SFU, 4 out of 15 people were there.. needless to say it didnt go the full 2 hours. Why they didn't bother to cancel class today is beyond me, busses were jack-knifed and people were getting stuck all over the place. Also, probably half the people woke up and looked out their windows and said screw it and went back to sleep. Those are the smart people

    I'll be pissed if my exam tomorrow morning is postponed till tuesday. And yes, artic outflow winds should cause a coldsnap.. should be able to lace up the skates by tuesday and play some stick and puck on the local ponds.

    Ok that shows the temp dropping on the 13th and rebounding on the 18th. Let's see what it looks like tomorrow.

    Guys, long-term forecasts are INCREDIBLY inaccurate.. especially coming from the weather network centred in Toronto.. Check the long range forecast when you get up tomorrow and you will find it most likely looking very different.

    hahah those pics are friggen sweet.. where did you used to live? BTW I don't freak out about 1" of snow.. I like it.. plus i live at SFU where on wednesday of last week there was about 50cm on the ground which is quite a bit.. nothing like those pics though ahha

    Yeah I'm up there right now, it was freezing rain for like the last hour but now its snowing.. if it stays like this all night they could close the University tomorrow.. but that would be the second straight Tuesday that it's been closed.. so I doubt that would happen.. Check this out if you want current conditions. http://www.ots.sfu.ca/ots/webcams As of 11:45 pm.. the roads look partly covered.
