    Its not fair to kesler to keep him here if we dont get things done to win again. His value will be nil when he doesnt have a contract left. I really hope we trade him for etem and 10th overall. It will set us up for the next decade.

    Well seriously, You compare the stick skills, the skating and shot, and the play making that Ehlers, Nylander, Virtanen, and Ritchie have, then combine that with the fact Ritchie is almost guaranteed to have the physicality to play in the NHL and when it comes down to numbers you pick him over the other 3.

    I donno how people can watch Ritchie and not think the kid is a guaranteed 25 goal scoring 2nd liner as a basement.

    I am just praying they've dissected Ritchie's tape enough to see the elite play maker, and goalscorer in that 230lb frame. We shouldn't trade the pick at all, should just add another grade A prospect and a 36th overall 2nd rounder which in my opinion often turns out to be a stellar range of picks.
