  1. Ding ding ding! Trust me dude, I'm out of shape, sport a beard and have no sense of style whatsoever yet I've slept with many girls who are leaps and bounds outside of my so-called "league." Confidence, a good sense of humour and most of all, CONFIDENCE, are keys.
  2. Aww man, what kind of sweet fun did I miss out on?
  3. Innocent until prove guilty, right? I'm not a huge Sonnen fan or anything but come on, let's not jump on the steroid bandwagon yet.
  4. They proved he had a banned substance in his body after the fight. They haven't said what that substance is yet. It may turn out to be steroids and that would be awful, tarnishing such a wonderful performance. It may turn out to be Sudafed.
  5. They haven't said what drug it is yet so settle down. Word is Sonnen was taking cold medication in the days leading up to the fight.
  6. Hopefully the ground game in EA MMA isn't too easy. From the videos I've watched it looks very smooth and realistic.
  7. Gameplay looks extremely organic. I think this is going to be a very good game and I'm getting rid of UFC 2010 today.
  8. Tim Sylvia is hardly a good mma fighter. Sylvia has no takedowns, no ground game.
  9. So Koreans should forget fighting and just stick to Starcraft. Gotcha. Bed time pour moi.
  10. So I guess finding a jiu jitsu dojo in Seoul for instance isn't very easy?
  11. I was hoping for a real answer but okay. Bed time for me.
  12. Why is that do you think that is? Not as much emphasis on competition in Korea or what?
  13. Tae kwon do techniques can be used in other fighting arts, sure, but as a fully on fighting technique it's horrible. Name the last tae kwon do fighting that won a K-1 event.
  14. Tae Kwon Do is not a real "fighting" martial art. Fun to watch in the Olympics, sure, but put a tae kwon do guy against a wrestler and see what happens.
  15. Toney had no clue at all what to do once on the ground. Anyone can look like a monster in training but once you have a guy like Randy Couture grinding on top of you it's a different story. K-1 guys automatically do better because they typically also train in MMA anyway. Boxers don't, they only train in boxing.
  16. K-1 guys would do better than a straight boxer but without actual MMA training they would lose still. A striker's chance is always there but look what happened tonight; Couture took Toney down with an ankle pick. A f*cking ankle pick. Anyone with wrestling training wouldn't have been taken down by that in the first round.
  17. I wish I had the power not to drink alcohol sometimes.
  18. An MMA fighter against a top tier boxer in boxing rules would lose, easily. The same way a boxer against an MMA fighter in MMA rules loses easily.
  19. There is no way that fight is going to be a classic. A classic beat down on Toney sure, but a classic fight? No way. In three months of training for MMA James Toney will have absolutely no chance of stopping Couture's takedowns. Couture's not an idiot, he's not going to stand and box with Toney and he's not going to get in the clinch and dirty box with him. Couture will take Toney down, easily, and pound him out for the win. We could even see a tapout from strikes.
