There is a less demeaning way for the team to lose. The question should not be about standing by Lack, he stunk up the building. He should have been saved if only to keep his spirit up. Losing is not bad, its a great learning experience. The powers that be, are killing trade values and or deflating a players that could haunt us for many years. BTW, getting high draft picks does not guarantee we build a winner. People that think losing is they way to go need to think about that.

I go upstairs to put my baby daughter to bed, its 3 nothing in the third. Come downstairs we lost 7-4. I couldn't believe it, we scored another goal.

I can't understand why people have so much hate for the guy. His Tweets last night were great. Look, I am a Canucks fan through and through, but last night deserved the reaction it got from him and his former team mates. That was a gong show of a game. Lack was left out to dry and it will haunt us if it destroys his confidence. Every person blows off steam, just because you feel he wronged you while he was here does not change the fact he was wronged as well. We speculate what is said behind closed doors and the truth is we may never know. Fact is he signed a life time contract only to be replaced by someone else. I would be pissed and embarrassed right or wrong. If he chooses to let out steam about his former team, it shows that he still cares about them. Everyone has to see we will get much of the same type of outcome as last nights game for the next few years during the retool. The players on the team have now realized it, cue Beiksa comments after the game.

He weakens the team by trading Lu, and claims they needed the guts to start the retool. Moving Diaz did what for us? He makes no sense. Those of you claiming ownership stopped things could be right, but were they wrong? People crapping all over the Aqualini's have to know it is a business and blowing up your product is not good for business.

We did not get the 2 points. As for the rest of the posters. This Lack vs Lu stuff is not helping, Lack knows his role. I like lack and think he will be a great goalie here in a few years. With that said, Lu should have been shown more respect and had the starting role for yesterday's game. Anyone using the fact that Lu lost five in a row before they break is clueless and should know that was three weeks ago. Jetlag/injury I understand, but saying Lack was better is a clueless comment.

oh happy day, when people would rather talk about the dirty/on the edge play of a player instead of what this thread was meant for. Canada rocked the world and all the players played as a team. Lou and Hammer showed that with with class on their return to Van yesterday.

It does not matter what goalie is in net, if we continue not to score we will not win. As much as I am a huge Luo fan, I don't see him playing unless we win 5-4 or something like that. I want to see us win 5-1.

They are trying to play pretty and win. They need to play hard and the win will be there for them.

Agreed. When the Sedins are on they bring the team to a whole new level. Kess has his moments of beasting it up but I am not sure he alone bring this team to a new level. Fact is, Kess has had the opportunity to do just that with Hank gone and has not.
