Sorry to burst your bubble. Safeway opened its first store in Texas in 1928 my and its first stores in Houston in 1955. Ever been to Safeway at 2020 Fountain View Drive, Houston Texas 77057? Lots of other Safeways in the Houston area. -

This series has drawn the least interest among our fan base if the whopping six pages in this thread is anything to go by. Rags deserve to lose for offering us crumbs for JT. Don’t like NJD either. I’m baffled by my indifference as to the outcome. I hope that the Canes make mincemeat out of whoever advances.

Whatever stupidity Nich got himself involved in didn’t help matters for the Avs. Sakic has some interesting personnel decisions to make in the offseason. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Nich playing elsewhere next year.
